1. Privacy & Security Confidentiality
- All facility layouts, guard rosters, and inspection logs are the exclusive property of the security contractor and its clients.
- Aman will never share, monetize, or expose operational records to any third party under any circumstances.
- All data in transit and at rest is protected with internationally certified cryptographic protocols.
2. Cloud Availability & SLA
- We commit to a cloud service availability rate of at least 99.9% year-round.
- The mobile app continues recording patrols locally in Offline Mode during cellular network outages.
- Automated multi-region data replication prevents loss of historical tour records.
3. Authorized Usage
- The security contractor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of supervisor and SOC access credentials.
- The platform may not be deployed in violation of private security and facility defense regulations.

- Physical site defense and execution remain the legal and operational responsibility of the licensed security contractor.
